Boiling water on tap with QUOOKER
‘Put the kettle on, would you?’ With the Quooker tap, there’s no need! Get boiling water in an instant from the same spout as hot and cold. Or, add a Quooker CUBE and have both sparkling water and filtered water just as quickly - zero waste and zero fuss.
A family firm of over 50 years, Quooker has established itself as a titan of kitchen tech, making revolutionary ideas a reality. Since Henri Peteri invented the first-ever boiling tap in 1970, the tool has become indispensable in kitchens worldwide. The company, now directed by his sons, Walter and Niels Peteri, still remains a stand-out in the industry. With new designs, such as the CUBE, Quooker truly leaves no stone unturned when it comes to kitchen innovation.
It’s easy to forget how much boiling water we use: from the minute we wake up ‘till just before bed, we’re flicking the kettle on and off. With a Quooker tap, you no longer need to watch as a pot boils; rather, watch as your tap dispenses boiling water with just a twist.
At Marabese Ceramics we stock a range of Quooker taps fitting for any kitchen:

With the Fusion collection, you can get it all from one tap: boiling, hot and cold water. When combined with Quooker CUBE, you can also dispense cool sparkling and filtered water. As is the case with all Quooker taps, these are packed with safety features such as a red light when boiling water is activated, making the chance of a scold or burn nigh on impossible. The taps have been extensively tested and are fitted with a safety system which ensures that a Quooker will never automatically dispense boiling water (you first must press the handle twice and then turn it), ultimately making the taps child friendly. In 2020, research was also conducted by the Dutch Burns Foundation which found that the boiling water tap, in replacement of a kettle, actually appears to reduce the risk of a burn incident.

As well as being easy to operate and flawlessly functional, these taps are sure to bring style to your kitchen. The Fusion collection comes in shiny or matt metallic finishes, either with a square or round spout. You’re certain to meet your match on our website!

The Flex is the only Quooker tap with a handy, flexible pull-out hose. Functioning in the same way as the Fusion, this tap dispenses 100°C boiling, hot and cold water (and, of course, can provide sparkling and filtered water with the aid of the CUBE). The boiling water stop ensures that the Flex can never dispense boiling water when the pull-out hose is pulled out, ensuring your safety. Fear not if you don’t want to lose out on the portability of a kettle; the Flex hose makes it so adaptable! In fact, Quooker boiling taps provide a much cleaner look, allowing for extra space on your worktop as there’s no more need for a kettle!
The Nordic tap is an instant boiling water tap to be used alongside your existing mixer tap. If you’d prefer to have matching taps, we also have Nordic Twintaps available, or all-in-one models where a single tap dispenses cold, hot and boiling water from the same unit. The boiling water tap in this set is height-adjustable so you can easily fill just about any receptacle with ease and without fear of splash-back. If you’re someone who loves to cook or enjoys a regular hot beverage, the Quooker tap could soon become your most-loved kitchen appliance!

Designed with sustainability in mind, the high-vacuum insulated tank that keeps your boiling tap flowing takes just 10 watts of energy to run. The tank acts like a vacuum flask connected to the water mains and is subtly stored in your kitchen cupboard, the air in the insulated wall so thin that the heat is unable to escape. Only once the tap is turned on does the water start to boil, guaranteed to flow out at 100°C. While the water is flowing out of the tap, fresh water immediately flows into the tank, meaning the amount of boiling water is unlimited - unlike the limited capacity of a kettle. And, if sustainability is on your mind, just think about the amount of single-use plastic you’re reducing by having filtered and sparkling water at your disposal.
Energy and water efficient, space saving and, most importantly, time saving, why would you want to waste another moment without a Quooker tap? Pop into any of our Marabese showrooms and see the magic for yourself: In each, we have a working model of the ‘Flex All-in-1 Boiling Water Tap’. (Stainless steel in Bedford and Milton Keynes, and the gorgeous polished chrome model in Letchworth.) If you also want to see the CUBE in action, our showroom in Milton Keynes has one on display.
